The best general contractor I ever had. We had SIMCORP Construction renovate our bathroom and part of our kitchen. I can say that they did an excellent job after seeing the result. I've never worked with a contractor that is so kind and generous. Andrew is so amazing that he is with me on the entire project. Their staffs are hard workers and very professionals by knowing how they value their jobs and by communicating with us. I am very thankful that I chose them as our general contractor for my home remodeling project. We highly recommend them, knowing their expertise, and they exceed my expectations.

Just the thought of renovations gives me PTSD from all the dust, shopping trips, and noise. My husband and I bought the house last April and being that the house is 40 years old, had a few things that needed fixing. Over the summer, we had a leak in the boiler room and it was not cleaned out properly. As a result, mold began to grow and the basement was pretty much unusable. When I called Andrew, the owner of SIM, I explained what our situation was and he explained our options. From the very first day that we met, Andrew was very thorough in his explanations and opinions. He and his crew were at our house every morning promptly at 7 AM and Andrew was always available to answer any questions or concerns. My main concern was keeping the house as clean as possible from the construction dust and Andrew did his best to fulfill our request. Andrews prices are very reasonable and the quality of the work is outstanding. I wish we had hired Andrew before to do our first round of renovations, as I had Andrew now fixing the work of our first construction workers. Andrew and his team really went above and beyond to complete our basement and finally make it useable!

My 1 bedroom flat was fully refurbished, including undertaking structural work to add a second bedroom. Andrew and his team provided a first rate service, the work was completed as per the schedule they provided us with and to the cost agreed in the contract. The quality of the finish was excellent and they even passed over some of their trade contacts to me to help reduce the cost on items such as a corian worktop. A very professional company who I would most certainly recommend to others.

Simcorp completed a full refurbishment of our house including loft and ground floor extension. They produced all of our drawings and plans, and achieved the necessary approvals on our behalf. We were kept informed throughout the works of progress and were told when we need to provide items such as our bathroom sanitary ware. The payment schedule they have in place made the whole payment process very transparent, which was one of my upfront concerns about taking on our refurbishment. We cannot fault the quality of finish. They have been a pleasure to deal with and we are passing on their details to our friends.
